He grew up in a deeply religious family that fostered his own piety and devotion. Tadeusz's strong calling to the priesthood led him to become a seminarian in the diocese of Wloclawek, Poland. However, the outbreak of World War II and the Nazi invasion of Poland brought about a sudden and tragic turn of events.
