Bishop Bernard Fellay has warned members of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) that they could face excommunication after the episcopal consecrations planned for July 1. He made these remarks during a sermon at a confirmation on April 19 in St. Marys, Kansas, USA, as reported by AdVaticanum.com. Monsignor Fellay called it “enormously probable” that the FSSPX would be declared excommunicated and schismatic. He repeated: “There is a very high probability.” And: “They are so to say forcing themselves to do it. But whatever, God can do miracles. It’s not the end.” Picture: FSSPX, #newsZshndnlefa
Doctor Reveals Surprising Health Benefits of Attending Mass Regularly: Did you know attending Mass regularly has incredible health benefits? This doctor explains!
This is a very great guest. Please threat. Threaten her. Matthew 7:12 All things therefore whatsoever you will that men do to you, do you also to them. For this is the Law and the Prophets. 1 Corinthians 13:3-10 And if I should distribute all my goods to be meat for the poor, and if I should deliver my body so that I burn, and have not charity, it doth profit me nothing. Charity is patient, is benign: Charity envieth not, dealeth not perversely: is not puffed up, is not ambitious, seeketh not her own, is not provoked to anger, thinketh not evil, rejoiceth not upon iniquity, but rejoiceth with the truth: suffereth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, beareth all things. Charity never falleth away: whether prophecies shall be made void, or tongues shall cease, or knowledge shall be destroyed. For in part we know, & in part we prophesy. But when that shall come that is perfect, that shall be made void that is in part.

Catholics are only permitted to pray for those who die as Catholics and free from obvious grave sin. St. Augustine, Sermon 172, 5th century: “There can be no doubt at all that these things [i.e. prayers] are of value to the departed; but to such of them as lived in such a way before they died, as would enable them to profit from these things after death. For those, you see, who have departed from their bodies without the faith that works through love (Gal 5:6) and its sacraments, acts of piety of this sort are performed in vain.” Pope Gregory XVI, Officium, Feb. 16, 1842: “But this is the report given to us concerning the Catholic rites used in her [Queen Caroline’s] funeral; and we have before our eyes your letter, which, on the 19th day of November, you had given your parish priests regarding this matter. But hardly are we able to express in words what kind of mental anguish we experienced when we learned from the reading of the same [letter] that you had commanded that those public …Lahi ange
Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation ( CCC 846, Ad Gentes 7 etc). We do not pray for the saints in Heaven and neither for non Catholics. We pray for the souls in Purgatory and for people on earth.
So…we must pour out fervent prayers and have Masses offered for our unbelieving loved ones NOW ..that their eyes and hearts will be opened to the Truth BEFORE their death.
Thu Apr 23, 2026 - 7:08 am EDT (LifeSiteNews) — A mother in Austria has been fined for temporarily keeping her 10-year-old son out of school during a sexual education class. Michaela Vamos-Karandish was fined 110 euros ($128) for keeping her young son out of school for four days in March 2025 after an external sex education workshop was to take place. The workshop’s content had not been disclosed to parents beforehand. In addition, numerous sex education books – the content of which some parents found questionable – were made available in the classroom for unsupervised use by students. According to a report by ADF International, the materials included books such as Lina, the Explorer and My First Sex Education Book, which contain explicit depictions of sexual practices. Some of the books also depicted modern views on gender and family, incompatible with nature and traditional teaching. The mother argued that these violated the principle of neutrality in public schools. In a book …

A New Worry for Republicans: Latino Catholics Offended by Trump In 2024, the president made significant inroads with Hispanics. But in a competitive Arizona congressional district, voters now express dismay at his feud with the pope. nytimes.com/…26/04/24/us/politics/trump-pope-lati…When Stuart Sepulvida arrives at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Parish in Tucson, Ariz., for Mass, which he attends most mornings, he passes a display honoring local soldiers and encouraging parishioners to pray for their safety. Hundreds of small cards record their names: Robles, Arenas, Grajeda. A portrait of Pope Leo XIV hangs across the lobby. Mr. Sepulvida, 81, is a Vietnam veteran whose patriotism and Catholicism are deeply intertwined. He voted for President Trump three times but has never felt more betrayed by an American president than when Mr. Trump denounced Pope Leo as “weak on crime” and “terrible for foreign policy.” “It was very disturbing to me to hear both of them clashing like they …Lahi ange
Amid growing controversy over the future of the Valley of the Fallen, Spain’s Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, has defended Cardinal José Cobo of Madrid. Bolaños told LaSexta.com that the plan to secularise the religious site was not the cardinal's initiative, but the result of an agreement reached directly with the Vatican. He emphasised that no personal deal had been made with Cobo, who has faced significant pressure from Catholics over the issue. The minister also said that the Vatican is fully committed to transforming the Valley from a monastery into a site of "democratic memory". Addressing divisions within the Catholic Church, Bolaños described it as a 'plural organisation', while criticising more traditional sectors that oppose the transformation and suggesting that they are out of step with 'contemporary society'. He also placed the “re-signification” of the Valley within a broader set of negotiations between the Spanish government and the Church, covering issues …Lahi ange
The Valley of the Fallen is the equivalent of Arlington National Cemetery in Virgina. The main difference is that priests live in the monastery that is there and the edifice is large and quite awesome to behold.
The appeal of the Old Liturgy for young people lies in its focus and orientation on God, not on the community. We have so many rites in the Catholic Church. We should accept them for what they are: mere rites. We must infuse every rite with love and devotion; otherwise, it misses its mark. The Old and New Rites, as such, have nothing to do with whether we recognize the Council or not, or how we deal with its texts or reforms.
Acts of the Apostles 2,14.36-41. Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice, and proclaimed: "You who are Jews, indeed all of you staying in Jerusalem. Let this be known to you, and listen to my words. Therefore let the whole house of Israel know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Messiah, this Jesus whom you crucified." Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and they asked Peter and the other apostles, "What are we to do, my brothers?" Peter (said) to them, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the holy Spirit. For the promise is made to you and to your children and to all those far off, whomever the Lord our God will call." He testified with many other arguments, and was exhorting them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation." Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand persons were added that day. Psalms 23(22),1…Lahi ange
