Canadian gov’t delays euthanasia expansion for people with mental illness until 2027 - LifeSite

OTTAWA (LifeSiteNews) – After much pushback from pro-life, medical, and mental health groups as well as most of Canada’s provinces, the federal government under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delayed its planned expansion of euthanasia to those suffering solely from mental illness to 2027, Health Minister Mark Holland and Justice Minister Arif Virani announced yesterday.
“We agree with the conclusion that the committee has come to that the system is, at this time, not ready and more time is required,” Holland told reporters.
Holland and the Liberal Party are still fully on board with expanding Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) despite the delay. He told reporters that the government has “a moral imperative” to extend the practice to those with mental illness.

1.The word is written in Yellow colour symbolizing the Glorious Christ.
2. The Red border across the word is symbolic of the passion of Christ.
3. Gloria Tv being a purely Catholic channel, I arranged the letters " GLO" to the contours of the dome of St. Peter's church( the head of the Catholic Church )
4. The words ," The more catholic the better" are written in Green colour symbolizing peace. Its the colour of growth.Gloria Tv is ever growing, it is alive , it is fresh. It is the channel of peace.

There is no record of the exact day or year in which our Lady was assumed. This should not bother us too much. After all, we are not sure of the day and year of Christ's birth, baptism, or death and resurrection.
However, we can get close. Let's look a few clues pertaining to the life and death of Mary.
Why is there little mention of Mary in Acts or the Epistles? I believe that the New Testament speaks of the mysteries of the faith in clouded language on account of the fierce persecution that Christians received from both the Jews and the Romans.
The tradition is almost universal that her death and resurrection occurred in Jerusalem. An alternate version has arisen from the visions of Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich that her death, funeral, and assumption occurred in Ephesus.
